To apply a Criminal Records Certificate (Vietnamese Police Check) for foreigners who resided in Vietnam, need to present to our Consulate the following documents:

1. Carefully fill in the Vietnamese form for Criminal Records Certificate, download the form here. Attention: You have to choose to apply Criminal Records Certificate No. 1 (not mentioning convictions which was deleted) or Criminal Records Certificates No. 2 (mentioning convictions which was deleted). You have to check with Australian authority to decide which Certificate you need.

2. Copy of passport (information page only)
